Sales of goods over the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree No. 206/05 (art. 50 to 68) which regulates the field of distance, that is done outside of business premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the ability for the consumer to return products purchased and get the money refunded.
This right is restricted only to individuals (consumers), so it can be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes relating to their professional activity.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to audiovisual and software products to computer software sealed and then opened. The costs of returning the product to the customer.

Lack of conformity
In accordance with Legislative Decree No. 206 of 09.06.2005, Morgese.it is liable to the consumer for any lack of conformity which exists at the time of delivery of the goods, plus the fact that all the products on its site are covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty.
The lack of conformity is to be found:
* Differences between the recommendations and what it has received purchase
* Malfunction
* Incorrect shipment
The lack of conformity which becomes apparent within 24 months from the date of receipt of the goods must be reported within 26 months from the date of purchase, and this term comes from the duration of the warranty is 24 months, more than 2 months, within the time limit which shall be submitted to the defect in the product when it is expressed.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore, without charge, the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement, according to art. 130 of the Consumer Code.
Received and checked the returned product Deejaykids.com will restore the lack of conformity in accordance with the agreements.
To qualify for the warranty the customer must keep the invoice or receipt for sale sent with the product itself.
The manufacturer's warranty Convectional is provided as explained in the documentation within the product.
If, following the intervention of an authorized service center, the defect is not covered by warranty Convectional the manufacturer, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Service Authorized.
The 24-month warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product was used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation.
This guarantee is granted to consumers.
In case of lack of conformity, Deejaykids.com will provide without charge to the customer at the restoration of conformity by repair / replacement or any termination of the contract. If, following the intervention of an authorized service center, the defect should not be a lack of compliance, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Service Authorized.
